On behalf of the entire team at Galaxy Automation Sdn Bhd, we would like to convey our utmost appreciation towards your kind support at the PRINT TECHNOLOGY 2010 held at the Putra World Trade Center, Kuala Lumpur ~ from 6^th to 9^th August, 2010.     

The four days trade show had enjoyed tremendous success and the Galaxy Team too, had received very positive feedback from the visiting crowd.     

Print service providers from Malaysia and neighboring countries from the Asian region alike were highly impressed with our offerings on the latest solutions in Mid-Volume Transactional Output (MVTO), Transpromo, and Variable Data Print (VDP) solutions, showcased along with Planet Press’s data composition software.     

Guests were also introduced to the ComColor’s outstanding feature in printing on-demand full color envelopes together with the T-100 Envelope Feeder from Thompson Manufacturing, USA; using ready-made envelopes by Envelord. In line with the ComColor’s Variable Data Print applications, we have also partnered successfully with Pitney Bowes Malaysia in showcasing their range of innovative mail inserting systems.       

In line with Galaxy’s on-going Color The Black campaign, we place emphasis on creating gorgeous photobooks from our range of Fastbind print finishing solutions. Photobooks with professional finishing in excellent quality, lay-flat formats can now be easily achieved using our range of semi-automatic equipments. The Fastbind range of solutions was showcased both at the Galaxy booth as well as our applications partner, Konica Minolta’s booth at Hall 1. Riding high on the wave of on-demand photobooks, we have also partnered with PXL Soft and introduced the Dg Foto Enterprize Solution, a user-friendly digital album creation software to the Malaysian market.  

From the feedback and response gathered from our guests over packs of refreshing BOH iced tea, we could observe that the Malaysian market and in fact, the Asian region is highly receptive to fresh ideas and value-added print and finishing solutions. Hence, we at Galaxy are excited and confident with the prospect this market brings to us and our partners.
